Description:
An error message is shown on mdadm startup: "mdadm: Only one autorebuild process allowed in scan mode, aborting".
The daemon loads successfully but the command "mdadm --monitor --oneshot --scan" fails with the aforementioned error message.

I think "mdadm --monitor --oneshot --scan" should be removed as it doesn't seem to be needed anymore anyway (see https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/23691#comment74954).

Additional info:
* mdadm 3.2.1-2

Steps to reproduce:
* /etc/rc.d/mdadm stop
* /etc/rc.d/mdadm start
