Details

During ./configure in order to compile source, it appears that the configure script couldn't find Python Headers.

Python2 and Python3 seems correctly installed.

Check the ./configure result join with this bug report for the complete warning

FTR, Adding PYTHON=python2 in front of the ./configure line breaks python support  FS#22863

Maybe PYTHON=/usr/bin/python2 will work. Or we'll need to manually patch /usr/lib/gimp/2.0/interpreters/pygimp.interp
