Description:

[laptop-mode-tools] made root device busy when shutting down system

remove laptop-mode from daemon, all are ok.

Additional info:
* package version(s)

newset to repo.
* config and/or log files etc.

ENABLE_LAPTOP_MODE_TOOLS=1
ENABLE_AUTO_MODULES=1


Steps to reproduce:
after the day when I update kernel to .38, it happened.

I fix it my self, by moving laptop-mode to the end of daemon.

I don't know why.
