banshee.log
The log was saved immediately after starting banshee and pressing fn+playpause once. Doesn't contain any useful information from what I can see, but attaching it for the sake of completeness.
I'm also running Gnome3 from testing and gnome-unstable.
i don't know if a gnome-desktop2 package that can be used by gnome-desktop-sharp will solve this issue. You can try creating such package that can be installed along gnome-desktop
