Oh i see you use a bundled libnet. Have you tried building it with the (now updated and maintained) one in extra?

nemesis can not be compiled with current libnet. I can not find a patch

OK, feel free to close this.
I hadnt check the sources before opening the report. I just checked the dependencies of the package and libnet wasnt in them.
edit: Debian seems to have dropped nemesis for this reason, but im not gonna suggest you do the same, you are the maintainer.
