DetailsOrca 3.0.0 imports from the pyatspi python package, therefore should have a dependency on pyatspi. If pyatspi is not installed then orca will fail to load.

FS#23707. The problem is that orca depends on brltty which in turn depends on at-spi, however pyatspi has files of the same name (content of files are different) as some which exist in at-spi-1.32.0-2.
