Details

The sysconfdir of mono points to /etc/opt(/mono), which is _VERY_ dirty IMHO. Please modify mono and all mono packages to use /etc or /opt/mono/etc.

Well, AFAIK /etc/opt/package is FSB style, do we wanna follow these things or not?

Dunno, but gnome has its etc stuff on /opt/gnome/etc...
