Details

for example, ap with essid "避风塘" is displayed as "±Ü·çÌÁ" (see attachment) , and cannot be connected successfully.
while the same ap is displayed properly under ubuntu, and connects fine.
the ap uses wpa2-personal encryption.
locale is the same in ubuntu and archlinux.

Sorry, I made a mistake when compare locales...
Change LANG to zh_CN.utf8 do works (I don't understand how it works, since the ssid encoding is gbk), but I still can't connect to the ap
