DetailsDescription:
Installing murmur i got this error: chown: cannot access `/var/run/murmur': No such file or directory This happen because this directory with the last murmur upgrade is created the first time the daemon is started; I think this is not a good practice because it create another issue: the directory is not removed when you uninstall murmur! Additional info: * package version(s) 1.2.3-2 * config and/or log files etc. /var/run/murmur Steps to reproduce: Remove any previous version of murmur (1.2.3-1) and reinstall the new version. Alternatively remove murmur 1.2.3-2 and his /var/run/murmur directory, then reinstall it. |
