i have problems with suspend from time to time. First and second works but then it craps out. I don't know who's fault is.

According to the logs there problem with pulseaudio , could it be that things (BSOD,pulseaudio) are related?

did you check / report it upstream?

Not a problem with pulseaudio. The message is generated by /etc/pm/sleep.d/90alsa, which can't work when PA is used. Seems it's just kicking the device to wake it up.

Ive tried to reproduce the problem and from BSOD it changed to be Black Screen Of Death this time, - It seems that the color changes from time to time. - and GNOME can't come back from sleep.

Same for me. As I have it on different hardware, I can confirm I have the problem using a nvidia video card (both proprietary and nouveau driver), and using an intel video card. So it doesn't seem to be a video driver issue.
