DetailsDescription:
Since xorg-xkb-utils has been updated to version 7.6-1, my system keeps crashing at startup. If I put only US keyboard on GDM Interfaces, that does not seem to happen. The only way to avoid the crash is to downgrade package xorg-xkb-utils to version 7.5-2. Additional info: Apparently, I'm not the only one to report this problem : https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=904832 Steps to reproduce: On GDM select a non-US keyboard for a specific user. Reboot. X crashes at startup indicating a failure in keyboard compilation. With the previous version, everything is just fine and smooth. |
