Details

Description:
when i use pam_mysql to authenticate, it fail and report "undefined symbol: pam_set_data" in /var/log/auth.log

Additional info:

* package version(s)
openvpn 2.1.4
pam 1.1.3
pam_mysql 0.7RC1-3
* config and/or log files etc.
/etc/pam.d/openvpn
----------------------cut here------------------------
auth required pam_mysql.so user=dbuser passwd=dbpass host=localhost db=openvpn table=vpnuser usercolumn=username passwdcolumn=password sqlog=1 crypt=0
----------------------cut stop------------------------

Steps to reproduce:

I want to use mysql as my authenticate db in openvpn. In openvpn's documents, they could use a openvpn-auth-pam.so as a plugin ,and traslate the username/password to pam, pam then call pam_mysql(setting in /etc/pam.d/openvpn) to do the really authenticate.

when pam_mysql do authenticate , it return false. And leave some message in /var/log/auth.log like this
Apr 7 22:26:48 home openvpn[14350]: PAM unable to dlopen(/lib/security/pam_mysql.so): /lib/security/pam_mysql.so: undefined symbol: pam_set_data
Apr 7 22:26:48 home openvpn[14350]: PAM adding faulty module: /lib/security/pam_mysql.so

Done in -4. Does the problem persist? I also wonder if Debian's other patches are any useful.

I'd like to add that it works rather well for me in conjunction with my virtual mail server system.

All mirrors should be synced now, please provide a short feedback whether this is now fixed.
