Details

Add support for the new ZNC Python module features. This requires several steps which can be found at http://en.znc.in/wiki/Modpython
This requires ZNC .98 or above and needs SWIG

one possible draw back currently is with the swig package not able to compile with python 3.2 (According to the site) but it might work.
