blackbox wm fails to build when libx11 > 1.40

Steps to reproduce:
steve ~/abs/blackbox $ makepkg

Pulled a patch from debian to fix blackbox build when libx11 > 1.40.
New PKGBUILD and textpropertytostring-unconditional.diff patch fixes build.
