Description:
I install arch core. Then update system with 'pacman -Syu', after it, i restart my system. but usb ports such as mouse/keyboard don't work, while ps/2 ports worked nad i had to uninstall it. i resolved this problem now with 'IgnorePkg = kernel26 kernel26-firmware' line in '/etc/pacman.conf'. I don't update my kernel and still i have work with same first kernel. Additional info: installed version: 2010.05 kernel version: 2.6.33-ARCH Steps to reproduce: |

now, again install arch, but before update, added "IgnorePkg = kernel26 kernel26-firmware" line in "/etc/pacman.conf", then update the system. now system work very well, but i can't update the kernel.
Indeed, I cannot give any output of "dmesg" command when keyboard don't work. Thank you for help.

Whats the output of uname -a ? If its still 2.6.33 you are not using a new kernel.
this is my speak that,when i install arch-core and update it, how fall from work usb and network ports? unless with "pacman -Syu" all of the packages no update? now in the other system that reinstall arch-core and update it, my network and usb ports don't work!?
