I would like spamd and clamd support in Exim. Starting at version 4.50 the exiscan patch was added to the release of Exim. It requires to enable following options in the Makefile:

WITH_CONTENT_SCAN=yes
WITH_OLD_DEMIME=yes

I compiled a package with these options enabled. The old configuration (old = version 4.44) seems to work fine now.
