DetailsThank you for packaging cifs-utils. There is one last issue that has to be solved: /sbin/mount.cifs should be installed setuid root. This is one of the main differences between the old mount.cifs and the new one from cifs-utils and it's fundamental to enable user mounts of cifs shares.
Besides this, I noticed that cifs-utils is listed as orphan, while I think Tobias is maintaining it. Thank you, Paride Legovini |
