DetailsDescription: dmesg logged complains about deprecated and tainted syslog-ng when booting into this package with syslog-ng-3.2.2-1 installed. The problem is solved when using syslog-ng-3.2.2-2 from [testing]. Should a dependency of this package therefore be syslog-ng-3.2.2-2 to avoid?
Additional info: * package version(s): kernel26-2.26.38.1 * config and/or log files etc. Section from dmesg booting from 2.6.38.1/syslog-ng-3.2.2-1 attached. Steps to reproduce: Boot into kernel with syslog-ng-3.2.2-1 installed. |
