This bug is in php52. Sorry for unspecified package.

It sounds like your system has been only partly updated. (That would happen if you ran 'pacman -Sy' or 'pacman -Sy <package>' instead of 'pacman -Syu'.)

php52 5.2.17-5 is built against MySQL 5.5.10, so make sure the mysql package is at this version. You most likely need to run 'pacman -Syu' to fully update your system.
