Details

Description:
Pacman does not erase packages ignoring dependencies with -Rd parameter, the version 3.4 does.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
pacman 3.5.1-1

Steps to reproduce:

For example:

pacman -Rd udev

[root@tux ~]# pacman -Rd udev
comprobando dependencias...
error: error al preparar la transacción (no se pudieron satisfacer las dependencias)
:: crda: necesita udev
:: device-mapper: necesita udev
:: gstreamer0.10-base: necesita udev
:: hal: necesita udev>=146
:: initscripts: necesita udev
:: libatasmart: necesita udev>=146
:: lvm2: necesita udev
:: mkinitcpio: necesita udev>=150
:: pulseaudio: necesita udev
:: udisks: necesita udev>=164
:: upower: necesita udev>=165
:: xorg-server: necesita udev

Other case:

pacman -U udev-164-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

Error, the package is older that the present (166-2)

Solution? rarely:

pacman -Ud udev-164-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz.

Then:

It installs a newer package ignoring dependencies, but does not erase an actual package ignoring dependencies.

Greetings.
