Description:
The networkmanagement plasma package doesn't contain localizations. To get them, you need to build the snapshot tarball using the upstream releaseme script:

$ git clone git://anongit.kde.org/releaseme
$ cd releaseme
$ ./networkmanagement.rb --git-branch master --version git`date +%Y%m%d`
