I use gnome-unstable, and:

1. not use .xinitrc

2.
┌─[helq]─[myArchHome]
└──[/ $]> startx

3. and in the terminal:
┌─[helq]─[myArchHome]
└──[/ $]> gnome-shell
gnome-shell: error while loading shared libraries: libmutter-wm.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
