Description:

A bug in ffmpeg has been fixed where vorbis in ogg container was failing with the error "Missing extradata".

I ran into this with an OGM I have. A quick google led me to the above ticket. I've verified this bug still exists in our ffmpeg and could probably be fixed with a new git snapshot build.

Steps to reproduce:
download the ogm file from the above ticket
produce as stated in ticket.
