Which packages in the binary repositories are licensed under it?

The goal of the licenses package is not to list every license there is,
but rather to simplify packaging and avoid duplication of licenses
which are used by many packages in the binary repos.

Actually, mongodb is licensed under the AGPLv3 license :)
It's up to you if you want to include it.

http://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.txt is the only link that matters. You just missed the boat on this one though; I released licenses like 3 days ago for the first time in a few months.
