Details

The dictionaries aspell-de, aspell-es, aspell-fr, aspell-hu, aspell-it, aspell-nl, and aspell-pt are corrupt, because they've been built with "arch=(any)". See  FS#22470  and  FS#22443  for further details.

I suspected that too, but I don't understand what's broke here.
Others distro provides those dictionaries with arch 'any' (or 'all')

Unfortunately, I'm not an aspell expert, so I don't understand the reasons for this problem either. All I can do is observe that the problem exists (i.e. words that exceed a certain length aren't handled correctly), and I can confirm that building the packages with "arch=(i686 x86_64)" makes those problems go away.
