Details

CCSM will not start due to a libprotobuf so name bump from libprotobuf.so.6 to libprotobuf.so.7.

I have tried symlinking .so.6 to .so.7 and this gives an error saying that it was compiled with 2.3 and you are trying to use 2.4.
