Description:
I'd like to list the packages which are into the staging repos: [staging] [community-staging]

This is useful when we are doing ours rebuilds.

Also, only DEVs and TUs should read these informations: I don't want that users enable [staging] because they read that a package is available there.

Can you just not look directly in the repo? e.g. ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/staging/os/i686/
