package is quite broken.
When I launch mp3splt-gtk, I except it to be like the screenshot I see on the official website.

But that's not the case with the package as it is today.
mp3splt-gtl needs a player to connect to , to be able to perform graphical split of a mp3.
The 3 supported are snackamp, audacity, gstreamer.

So they should at the very least be included as optdepends, if not depends on gstreamer for example ? and audacity and snackamp as optdepends. And the support for them *must* be enabled in the PKGBUILD as well !

what's the point for a graphical splitter if you can't split visually a mp3 ? that's useless.

better use the command line mp3splt then !

This task depends upon

here is a the PKGBUILD I used:
I enabled gstreamer option and add it as a depends as well as libgnome which is used if found and not explictly disabled
