QtCreator needs Qt private headers to build the Qml designer,
to resolve it simply add -developer-build to configure line.

AFAIK developer-build is the build type, then this will break ABI of the binaries generated.
I'll try exporting headers manually.

Fedora has a similiar bug opened in November and still unsolved: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=657498
