Please use pacman -Sf sage-mathematics

to explain myself,
-2 builds documentation, and it seems that building the documentation used the sage scripts which caused it to create the pyc files before packaging instead of generating them in the post_install() like all the previous times.

to sum up,
It should be safe to run pacman -Sf sage-mathematics
