Open the notebook, click "Help" and then "Tutorial" or "Reference manual" --> page not found

I specifically don't build the documentation, because the same documentation can be had here: http://www.sagemath.org/doc/reference/
If I'm wrong please correct me.
After knowing this, would you still want documentation?

It would be nice to have it as a separate package for offline use. If not possible, maybe it should then be patched to redirect to the online help when clicking help on the notebook, the way it is now it looks broken.

I will rebuild with the documentation, and I will see how much more space it is using. If not that much, I'll include the documentation.
