The net-snmp package does not provide the ability to pass through options to snmpd using a file in the /etc/conf.d/ directory. The attached files will provide this functionality. Additional info: * package version(s) 5.5-7 * config and/or log files etc. Patched file: /etc/rc.d/snmpd (attached as snmpd.rc.diff) New file: /etc/conf.d/snmpd (attached as snmpd.confd) |

This is good stuff, when we can we should allow configuration for the rc scripts via conf.d files. and this is a crazy easy fix, thanks Joseph!
