DetailsDescription: Gstreamer plugins bad in version 0.10.2 includes the rsvgoverlay element, and it's missing in Arch.
The package should depend on librsvg, and be rebuilt after its installation. How is it decided which elements should or should not be built in the package? is there a reason why some are left out? |
