Description:

/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/auto/Net/Libproxy/Libproxy.so links to libperl.so but it can't find the library as it's installed in /usr/lib/perl5/core_perl/CORE
I believe other packages use rpath to handle this.

Adding perl maintainers to assignees:

Perhaps the best solution is to add a /etc/ld.so.conf.d/perl.conf to the perl package to add the /usr/lib/perl5/core_perl/CORE directory to the ld paths. That will solve the issue for all affected packages (if there are).
