Description:
When a package has a line "MimeType=" in its /usr/share/applications/*.desktop file, it should run update-desktop-database in its install script to update the cache of MIME associations.

This is pretty much like the mimefiles test so it should be easy to implement.

There also needs to be a dependency to desktop-file-utils.
