Description:
Chromium 9.0.597.94-1 unable to run with libevent < 2.x installed.

Steps to reproduce:
Install Chromium 9.0.597.94-1
Install libevent 1.4.14b-2

Closes with error:

$ chromium
/usr/lib/chromium/chromium: error while loading shared libraries: libevent-2.0.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have not.

I did, however, use pacman -Sy and then proceeded to selectively upgrade libevent from 1.4.14b-2 to 2.0.10-1 after encountering the error after post-selectively upgrading chromium though. It did solve the issue that was at hand.
