Description:
Kernel Panic occures on my Thinkpad x41t when using ethernet cable and then remove the cable.

Ethernet:
02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5751M Gigabit Ethernet PCI Express (rev 11)



Steps to reproduce:
- plug in ethernet cable
- use network
- unplug ethernet cable


I can't attach the output which is displayed after kernel has crashed, since i can't store it. I could do a photo however :)

i use the same kernel, same x86, but different Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI Express Fast Ethernet controller (rev 02)
i suppose that the problem is caused by your Eth controller.
have you tried to upgrade kernel?
i think yesterday 's been updated.

Upgraded to 2.6.37 again. Kernel panic still occures. With kernel 2.6.36 I can't reproduce it.
Will have to downgrade to 2.6.36.
