Kopete must be being built with debugging enabled or something, because when I'm signed in, it constantly logs almost everything there. According to iotop, it logs at about 20KB/s while I'm signed in, even if not doing anything. "tail -f ~/.xsession-errors" shows kopete debugging information being constantly written. Additional info: * package version(s) kdenetwork-kopete 4.6.0-1 Steps to reproduce: Sign into kopete, then do "tail -f ~/.xsession-errors". Many of the messages have to do with the skype wrapper, so you may have to enable that. |

try with a clean config, also you can disable/enable debug output for a specific application using kdebugdialog
