DetailsPrograms that use db via perl-berkeleydb fail since the latest update to perl. E.g. postgrey reports:
BerkeleyDB needs compatible versions of libdb & db.h you have db.h version 5.1.19 and libdb version 5.1.25 Compilation failed in require at /usr/sbin/postgrey line 16. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/sbin/postgrey line 16 Rebuilding perl-berkeleydb solves the problem. Even though its evil in general but a strict versioned dependency to db might be usful in this case. |
