DetailsI think it would be useful to enable a search mode or something that shows packages with no maintainer (those that have been disowned). Along these same lines, it would be useful to have a search mode for a specific maintainer, so it shows all of a given maintainer's submissions...a la the existing "my packages" link.

This patch does not implement searching by maintainer.
FYI: "unmaintained" in this context is defined as:
!AURMaintainerUID && !MaintainerUID
