DetailsDescription:
The bug is actually a mistake from upstream, but I wanted to give the heads up to the packager with a solution. The new version 1.7.0 has 2 problems in the file "blurImage.cpp", which I corrected with the attached patch. Also, the old patch (gcc43.patch) used for 1.6.1 build doesn't apply anymore for this new version - so, should be removed. Additional info: * package version(s) 1.7.0 (new version. The current package openexr is out-of-date in 1.6.1) * config and/or log files etc. fix-blurimage.patch - add "include string.h" and fix memcpy parenthesis placement. Steps to reproduce: 1. Update source and md5sum for OpenEXR for 1.7.0 2. Remove source and md5sum gcc43.patch (doesn't apply anymore) 3. "makepkg -s' fails due to "memcpy" not being implemented (during 'make' commmand) 4. Add the attached patch (fix-blurimage.patch) to PKGBUILD source and md5sum 5. run -rf src && makepkg -s (it should work) |
