I'll be right on that. Apparently, the upstream developer likes to re-release different source tarballs under the same name. ;-)

Err, actually, scratch that. I released qtfm-4.5-2 late last night, and the md5sum for that one is correct.

Basically, it seems that you were building with the 4.5-1 PKGBUILD, despite the fact that the new one had already been pushed to svn, which of course reflected the md5sum changes of the new source package that you were trying to use.
