Description: I've recently installed FreeXN following the wiki tutorial. As my nx client couldn't connect, I've looked into the log for debug, and running /opt/NX/bin/nxnode --agent, I've discovered that nxagent and many folders (including lib) were missing.

I've downloaded the packages from nomachine.com, and extracted the missing folders to the archlinux installation, and everything works

Additional info:
* package version(s): freenx 0.7.3-8
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:

Install the arch package and configure /opt/NX/etc/node.conf
Download the client (in my case, Windows client)
Import the client key
Try to connect - fails.
Enable debug in node.conf and check the log
Use /opt/NX/bin/nxnode --agent to check the problems:

-missing nxagent
-after placing nxagent, missing libraries
-unpack folders from nomachine packages (nx-client-3.4.0-7.x86_64.tar.gz, nxnode-3.4.0-14.x86_64.tar.gz and nxserver-3.4.0.14.x86_64.tar.gz)to the /opt/NX folder in arch.

Try the connection and it works.

freenx depends on nxserver that provides nxagent. works for me.

I've installed with all dependencias, via pacman.

I have no problem connecting from a (Arch)Linux client and from a Windows client (the old portable one).

[andyrtr@workstation64 trunk]$ which nxagent
/opt/NX/bin/nxagent
[andyrtr@workstation64 trunk]$ pacman -Qo /opt/NX/bin/nxagent
/opt/NX/bin/nxagent ist in nxserver 3.4.0-7 enthalten

What files were missing in your setup? Or could the binaries not be found due to not yet updated $PATH that should be fixed after relogin/reboot?

The nxserver is working, but I did it the way I've described. Maybe I've done something wrong, and as the package was recently updated, I'll do a check up when I have to reinstall it in another machine. I'll request closure of this task and will register all the process in a new try, if I need to reopen it again. thanks for the help.
