This happens to me as well. The kernel now seems to be able to report such broken screen EDIDs. I have no abnormal behavior so I think we can safely ignore it. So I was told by the nouveau devs.

With the previous intel driver version, I had a problem with the second monitor.
I'm have a monitor using HDMI and after the monitor's power save active, the monitor wasn't detected by GNOME.
Since the upgrade, I doesn't any problem. :

If this problem occur more one time, I'll re-open the bug, ok?
