I found this message many times in one log file from one Toshiba Satellite Pro L450 laptop computer.

Steps to reproduce:

Install Arch Linux with graphical mode in one Toshiba Satellite Pro L450 laptop computer and update kernel to kernel26 2.6.37-5.

It's a harmless debug message that was added to 2.6.37 to see if they actually needed that code.
