Description:
When I want to set options of 'window geometry' Kwin effect, I have the following error message :

"The service 'Window geometry' does not provide an interface 'KCModule' with the keyword 'windowgeometry'. The factory does not support creating components of the specified type. Possible reasons :
* An error occured during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module.
* You have old third party module lying around.
Check these points carefully and try to remove the module mentioned in the error message. If this fails, consider contacting your distributor or packager."

Additional info:
* kdebase-runtime 4.6.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Open 'systemsettings'
2 - Go in 'Desktop effects'
3 - Open tab 'All Effects'
4 - Find otion 'Window geometry'
5 - Then click on button 'options' (with the adjustable spanner)
6 - You have the error message !

Reproducible: Always.
