Description:
I tried to install apache and php for archlinux on a plugbox.
The installation was aborted with the following message:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
php-apache: /etc/httpd/conf/extra/php5_module.conf exists in filesystem
php-apache: /usr/lib/httpd/modules/libphp5.so exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

The files in php 5.3.3-4 and php-apache-5.3.3-1 are different.

Additional info:
* package version(s)php-apache-5.3.3-1, php 5.3.3-4
* config and/or log files etc.

First of all: update your system. The current PHP version is 5.3.5-1
If the issue still exists check which other package owns those files (if at all) by using pacman -Qo
