DetailsDescription:
xfce4-genmon-plugin aborts in new xfce 4.8. It seems that there is new upstream mantainer, but still hasn't have enough time to apply the proposed patches: http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.desktop.xfce.goodies.devel.version4/81 The necessary patch is only required for building under current xfce release (does not modifies the source code, only the compilation definitions). We could meanwhile apply it to our package generation. This has been tested in Arch and the new binary (using genmon from git) runs fine: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=880729#p880729 I don't know if a similar patch would fix the other broken plugins listed here: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=878261#p878261 |
