I found this message many times in one log file from my workstation (Lenovo 9649-A27).

Additional info:

kernel26 2.6.37-1

* config and/or log files etc.

I'm attaching some log files.

Steps to reproduce:

Install Arch Linux with kernel26 2.6.37-1 in one Lenovo 9649-A27 desktop computer.

This is a bug in your motherboard BIOS, not in the kernel.

It's weird ... this message only appeared with kernel26 2.6.37-1, with kernel26 2.6.36.3-1 I did not found this message.

So what? I also have some warning about firmware bugs in 2.6.37, while these messages are absent in 2.6.36. Perhaps, the newer kernel does more extensive tests...

Can you update the BIOS in your workstation? Otherwise, can you suppress this message cluttering your logs?
