Description:

Just installed virtualbox 4.0.2, tried to run in headless mode but get error:

VBoxManage: error: Failed to create the VirtualBox object!
VBoxManage: error: Code NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005) - Operation failed (extended info not available)
VBoxManage: error: Most likely, the VirtualBox COM server is not running or failed to start.

ldd /usr/lib/virtualbox/VBoxSVC
...
libpng14.so.14 => not found
...

installing libpng helped

i think i had this in the past and forgot to implement it. For now i'm fixing only in trunk
